Ruined

I am ruined.

I am ruined for an ordinary life.

I am ruined for just going through the motions.

I am ruined for "so-so".

I am ruined for anything other than an unstoppable love.

Place me like a seal over your heart,

    like a seal on your arm;

for love is as strong as death,

    its jealousy[a] unyielding as the grave.

It burns like blazing fire,

    like a mighty flame.[b]
